On B.L.A.S.T.

On B.L.A.S.T., the modified, socially conscious version of Dr. Webb's doctoral research, represents her life's journey of discovering her authentic self. Poor self-image, victim's paradigm, and identity crisis reveal Dr. Webb's former state of Being.  She frames the context of On B.L.A.S.T. around the notion that our authentic selves have 6 domains, which are spiritual, psychological, emotional, sexual, physical, & social. 

The picture of Dr. Webb titled, Replica, depicts her struggle.  Most of her life, she replicated others and wanted to fill their shoes. She lacked the insight that she was created with greatness and had her own shoes to fill.

Discovering one's authentic self takes a life-time.  Dr. Webb believes that each and every one of us possesses a powerful testimony of how we arrived where we presently are in life, including overcoming internal and external hindrances.  Similarly, each and every one of us began our journey with just one step.  If any one of us expounded upon all of our life experiences that consummates who we are as individuals, it would not be enough room in world to hold all of our life's accounts.  Hence, no one can divulge all of the experiences in life that shaped his/her authentic self.
